John Rattle trained in photography in the days of the 'analogue' black and white darkroom, and mainly specialised in slides until the digital technology had matured enough. Professional activities encompassed radio and TV studio work and teaching on City and Guilds Photography courses until a recent move to Normandy in France, where additional travel photography and studio work is planned for the future.

John is available for commissions in the Normandy, Brittany and Loire regions and has a grwing portfolio of generic and specific French images of these and other regions.
