My skills are mainly in the area of travel and people photography. I love travelling and photography became my means of sharing this passion. Yet I always shied away from cliched imagery, and on photography trips tried to capture something artistic; something that would be a pleasing image in it's own right, regardless on the subject.

Being situated in Japan, I believe I am ideally located to cover events or provide pictures concerning lifestyles here. Having been in Japan for over 8 years I have a fairly good understanding of the culture and have developed an eye for exactly what is different here. I also love Japanese traditional culture, especially the temple gardens and the lively festivals, which I visit whenever I have the chance.
