I am an American freelance photographer based in Brussels, Belgium.

I've been working professionally for the past 20 years, and started my career stringing for the Associated Press, while studying photography and journalism at The Ohio State University. After graduation I worked as a staff photographer for daily newspapers in Ohio and Florida, before moving to Europe to persue my freelance career fulltime.

I routinely travel on assignment throughout Europe, Africa and The Middle East, and my work has been published internationally in a variety of newspapers, magazines and books.
