Pictures can include domestic pets, wildlife, insects and fish etc. We’ll be looking for images that can be improved and they will be altered using Photoshop or ACR, however the emphasis is on making a good picture better rather than salvaging a bad one, so we require excellent compositions. I'm looking for farmers talking to each other, or a farmer talking to an adviser or a consultant. This is because our organisation is about advising our members. Ideally it shouldn't be out in the middle of a field, as this makes it look too much like an agronomist, so people leaning against a gate would be good, however the background of the photo is also important.
