|Trekking the Great Wall of China.
In the year of the Beijing Olympics, Bruce Holmes can provide topical images which give a new perspective on an established icon.
Having recently trekked along the Great Wall of China, including the wilder parts as well as some of the reconstructed areas, Bruce can provide images, a photo essay or an article and image package tailored to suit an editor or photobuyer's needs.
Images are available for the Simatai, Jinshanling, Gubeikou and Mutianyu sections, but not the incredibly touristy Badaling. A visit to:
will enable you to see the Great Wall album of 48 images which run sequentially from the trek's beginning to end, thus providing an insight into how this might work as a photo essay or narrative article. And an idea of how different the images are from those stock Getty-like offerings.
So feel free to contact Bruce asap, before the 2008 Olympic year gets too much older.
