Alan Skyrme has just returned to the south of Brasil from the Amazon region with new tropical fruit, food and travel images.

He will shortly be travelling in Parana state for more Brazilian imagery. For the remainder of 2008 Alan will be travelling in Europe - principally in Italy and Cyprus - and is available for commissions in those countries.

Geoff Doré is an award-winning freelance professional photographer based in England. His website shows just a representative selection of images (currently around 1,900 online and counting) from his stock photolibrary of over 130,000 transparencies and digital images, covering a wide variety of subjects but with a special emphasis on nature/wildlife and landscape/travel imagery. Coverage includes editorial, pictorial, scientific, abstract and conceptual images.

His website has keyword and category search facilities, as well as extensive subject indexes, coupled with clear thumbnail images, comprehensive image information, lightbox facility and fast page-loading.

Travel photographer Michael DeFreitas has just returned from the Caribbean with more topside and underwater images from Antigua, The Bahamas and Grenada. Michael specializes in adventure travel images from around the globe and in September he received the CTDC 2008 Canadian Photographer Of The Year Award. His work appears in many of the world's top travel publications.

Over the last year, Michael has also added images from the Antarctic, Arctic, Caribbean, Hawaii, Banff/Lake Louise, New Mexico, Northern California and Oregon to his 70,000+ stock library.

In the next three months Michael will be shooting in Southern Chile, the Texas Gulf Coast and the Turks & Caicos islands. He is available for piggyback assignments in both digital and film formats.

The Great Migration is the latest project of Paco Feria, photojournalist, and is available on the frontpage of the Travel Reportage Image Bank. The wildebeest herds crossing the Mara river, as well as life on the plains with zebras and big cats is considered one of the greatest nature spectacles on the earth.

Paco's next scheduled project for November/December of 2008 is running along the Nile river to photograph ancient Egypt and the daily life of local people.

Laurie will return from the expedition on November 4th, 2008 and the new images will be available immediately.

The recent additions include a tour to photograph Polar Bears in Svalbard, another to take pictures of Emperor Penguins - take a camera and lots of warm underwear!

Travel writer and photographer Rudolf Abraham recently returned from eastern Turkey, with photos of the Ala Daglar mountains, and a rain-drenched Istanbul. Recent months have also found him in Croatia (on the islands of Korcula and Mljet, in Split, and the mountains of Southern Velebit), Madeira (mountain trails and levada walks), France (Romanesque churches and comic strip art in Charente), and Patagonia (Torres del Paine and Los Glaciares national parks, as well as Buenos Aires). Images from these trips, including mountains, landscape, architecture, sword dances in Korcula and Ramadan nights in Istanbul, have now been added to Photographers Direct and his own website www.rudolfabraham.co.uk
