Sacred Destinations Photography is a searchable image database of religious architecture, sacred art and historic travel destinations. David Myers has an image database of over 5000 high quality recent photographs from such diverse countries as Sudan, Hungary, Madagascar, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Pakistan, Egypt, Poland, India, Nepal, China, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Iceland, Germany, Cuba, Scotland, England and Spain. Many of the images feature hard-to-get-to areas of the country often depicting landscapes, people, and villages. There are also many hundreds of cycling images from these countries, which is David's speciality. All of the photographs have been taken using either Leica or Nikon full frame pro digital cameras and processed carefully from RAW files. David lives in the sea-side city of Brighton (southern England) and when not travelling to take stock photographs, he runs a portrait and commercial studio. Tom Wallis is a photographer and writer with stock photographs of diverse editorial subjects. Assignments are invited for destination features. Tom's next scheduled trip is to Ohahu, Hawaii, then Kampala, Uganda.

Martin Stevens is an outdoor, travel and stock photographer based in the Netherlands and is building a high-res image archive at PhotoShelter. In this archive you can already view more than 5,000 images and it is growing fast. Martin represents some other highly specialized photographers with small archives too. Take a look and ask for images when you cannot find the right one. More than 250,000 in stock!

Alan Skyrme Photography has launched a new site (www.shootacai.com) specialising in Brazilian tropical fruits - in particular Acai - in March and will be transferring many images to this site from its Shoot Stock site during April, as well as adding new pictures.

At the end of April Alan's studio, currently in Curitiba in the south of Brazil, will relocate to Natal in the north of Brazil - a move that will enable him to expand his comprehensive stock of Travel, Food and Lifestyle images and better support his principal clients.

In May Alan will return to Cyprus to continue an ongoing project that will be completed in July. Assignments for Travel, Food & Drink or Nature in Cyprus are being accepted now.

Stuart Chorley has a forthcoming trip to Tortolla at the beginning of May, 7th to 21st, where he will be sailing from Tortolla to Bermuda on a 57 foot yacht. During this trip there will be diving in both destinations and the opportunity to gather landscapes, seascapes, Caribbean culture and life, as well as more underwater material which is his specialty.

Stuart's trip is being used to gather more diverse library shots, which will be uploaded on his return. Good opportunity for shots to be taken given a specific brief to go by!

Andres Perez Moreno, an Argentine photographer based in Buenos Aires, has launched his new website. There you can take a look at part of his work, covering ten years of traveling around his country, Argentina, and other Latin American regions.

His travel picture contents are focused on outdoors, native culture, x-sports, landscapes, as well as environmental and historic issues. As well as the Argentine spots best known worldwide like Patagonia or Iguazu falls, Mr. Perez Moreno has plunged into the beautiful, deep and poor geography of the Northern Argentine region (Jujuy, Chaco, and Formosa provinces.)

His portfolio is also supplemented by photographs about sports, running, current affairs, and corporate issues.

Writer/Photographer Ray Barlow has recently turned professional, and has a collection of 4,000 images available for purchase to be viewed on his website.

Wildlife/Bird photography is the main theme for his work over the past three years. He is currently running local workshops, Doing e-mail consulting, lectures, print sales, and looking towards developing International Travel Wildlife tours.

Ray's goal is to create artistic images of beautiful nature and wildlife scenes for use in books, magazines, and fine art prints. Browse through the galleries, and view some of the amazing animals and birds of the area here in Southern Ontario, Canada.

Jim Olive is a Houston based location photographer offering travel savings on international assignments to the following locations.

He will be on an oil/gas assignment in Ghana and Nigeria late May-early June and available to include additional work while in Africa.
