Trish McGinity at Paris on the Platte, Denver, CO

ASMP Colorado Board Member Trish McGinity is participating in the show "My Summer Vacation". Images from some of their favorite summer vacations are the subjects of Victoria Eubanks’ encaustic paintings, Heidi Keyes’ acrylic paintings and Trish McGinity’s photographs at Paris on the Platte, LoDo’s coffeehouse, bar and music venue May through June 2013.

An artists’ reception is scheduled on Friday, June 28, 5 to 7 p.m. Appetizers will be served and there will be a cash bar at happy hour prices. All works will be available for purchase.

Recently added to the Car Photo Library files are images of 3 brand new British Supercars, all convertibles. They are the Jaguar F-Type (shown here), the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster and the McLaren MP4-12C Spider.

Miami photographer Jorge Parra's work in Advertising, Fashion and the Travel/Luxury market provide his clients a carefully crafted blend of personal and commercial images, both in still and motion.??

Jorge's Fine Art Nude images have been used on different advertising campaigns for Health/Beauty brands and products, and Spas/Luxury destinations.

Jorge's "organic" approach to places, spaces and light, brings on a human touch to the Architectural, Interior Design and Lighting Design Photography projects he shoots.

Jorge Parra is currently featured in the Architecture/Interiors International showcase of British Select Magazine. Jorge's work has also been featured as "Image of the Week" in Select-Mags's home page.

After a recent acquisition of photographs of old maps, Luigino Visconti has more than 2,500 reproductions in high resolution from the following authors and cartographers: Ortelius, Braun, Mercator, Blaeu, Coronelli, De Wit, Jansson, Nolin, De L'Isle, Jaillot; all of XVI and XVII century.

The subjects are taken from their original volumes in Italian museums and include old maps of many countries worldwide. All the work is on sheet film, and thanks to their super-professional Heidelberg-Tango drum scanner, they can provide a file up to 50" (and over) for any fine-art and "giclee" print with Museum Quality. Luigino scans at up to 800Mb/8bit (or 1600 Mb/16bit) for best results. A beautiful scan (from a perfect shot) is the absolute key to making a great print!
